I missed this report about convicted killer Mechele Linehan being released from prison (although monitored) after she successfully appealed her conviction. 48 Hours is supposed to rerun the report it did on the case, a case that had more holes than a slab of Swiss cheese.
Linehan was convicted because of her lifestyle. Nothing more, and nothing less. It was a travesty.
